I’m thinking bloody Mary’s, Buck’s Fizz .... can’t think what else.

A mimosa is a Buck’s Fizz, just with less champagne and more orange juice! I’d class it as a weak pour, not a different cocktail wink
I would stick to fizz and a selection of different juices to do DIY (also provides a non-alcoholic option) and bloody Mary’s. What else do you need for a perfect brunch?!

Champagne or Prosecco depending on how much I wanted to spend

Er - I don't think it would occur to me to take booze. If invited to brunch I'd assume it was tea or coffee.

Prosecco for sure.

Gavi di Gavi (that Portuguese sparkling wine)

To me Mimosas are what you drink at brunch, so champagne.

SinglePringle Wed 09-Oct-19 21:22:42

Prosecco / Cava / Champagne as preferred and peach juice for Bellini's and OJ for Mimosas.
