Trying to @ the regulars from the first thread but it’s bloody fiddly

B - muesli, kiwi, yoghurt
A few grapes and a quarter of pear (cutted up pear grin)
L - Waitrose lentil and salmon salad; small pot nuts, apricots, tiny bit plain choc; a pear (not cutted up)
A few grapes
D - smoked mackerel frittata and a massive mixed salad

There's a teacake in the bread bin, might have that for supper...

I'm low carbing at the mo:

B: smoked salmon, green tea followed by coffee with double cream

L: salami, olives, feta, salad with vinaigrette dressing, cup of tea

D: roast lamb, celeriac, tenderstem broccoli, green beans with butter

Snack: DD's birthday so had a small slice of birthday cake! Plus a G&T after a looong day.

B: bowl of berry granola with yoghurt
L: a prawn and grains and beans salad from M&S (nicer than it sounds), then later a plate of chips
D: vegetarian chilli with chick peas instead of kidney beans (because we didn't have any kidney beans), rice. Didn't get to eat it all because I got up to get DC a spoon and the cat was touching it
Just now: 2 crumpets, 1 with cheese on
Mid-afternoon: large choc chip cookie

Slightly made up for yesterday when I didn't get to eat anything after breakfast. Am back at work again tomorrow and hoping for a better day with time to eat, because I feel like death today.

Breakfast - porridge with raspberries

Lunch - a slice of marmalade on toast, a lemon fool and some more raspberries

Dinner - butternut squash and red pepper soup with crusty tiger bread and a small piece of chocolate fudge cake with pouring cream.

Snack - nature valley peanut sandwich bar.

I have leftover soup and no fridge or freezer until next week... will it be ok to eat tomorrow or would you get rid of it? Such a shame to throw food away if it’s the latter.

I've spent 6 hours on a train today then hours in a meeting so not great;

Breakfast - low fat yogurt

Lunch - fruit pot and half a ham and cheese sandwich

Dinner - M&S crayfish salad another fruit pot and a packet of crisps

4 cups of tea loads of water.

I love these sort of threads, they appeal to my inner nosiness!

I’ve had:

Breakfast: a banana and a cup of tea

Lunch: ham and scrambled egg on a wholemeal roll

Mid afternoon: a nectarine and an apple

Dinner: steak and jacket potato with fried mushrooms and onions

I’ve just finished my dinner now so I probably won’t be hungry again today so thankfully no unhealthy snacks for a change.

I’d second that the soup should be fine, as long as it wasn’t made with meat stock and has no dairy, and you reheat it really thoroughly.

L - a bit beige - selection of buffet bits and pieces
Snack - four crackers and some flaked almonds
D - a not entirely successful pak choi, courgette and tofu concoction with spring onions and a sauce of peanut butter, ginger, lime, honey and soy sauce; a small windfall apple

D: yellow Thai curry with tofu and whatever bits of veg were rolling around the freezer, rice noodles.

A banana
Bag of "Ape" brand cheese balls
Copious mugs of tea

It was made with stock cubes and tinned coconut milk so I’ll re-heat for my tea tomorrow evening!
Would have for lunch but we’re out with friends for the day so it’s a picnic lunch.

Friday was a wonky day. I felt a bit rushed during the day.

B: 3 M & S oatcakes, stick of M & S reduced fat cheese, a few slices of roast beef, and 2 prunes

L: met a friend for lunch at a diner in Manhattan. A bowl of Manhattan clam chowder to start, half of a huge mushroom and steak quesadilla with some of the salad. I packed up the other half.

S: most of an apple and peanut butter
S #2: a KIND bar

D: the rest of the quesadilla, some its salad, the rest of the apple & peanut butter, and another reduced fat cheese stick.

I’m feeling really full. I can’t wait to get some high fiber cereal in me again.

That rhubarb and vanilla jam sounds heavenly @onlyhereforthefood! Was it home made or shop bought?
I’m crossing my fingers it was shop bought from a chain and not a little farm shop so I can source some and eat piles of jam on toast with tea while I get over this cold!
I see it’s making its rounds (the cold.) Is it just me being a wimp or is this cold a particularly bad one? I’m so achey and heady and just... weak!
Pushing myself to get out and about today with the DC and friends but looking forward to fish and chips on the beach!

Raspberries and nectarine with Greek yogurt and some honey.

Lunch: Jacket potato and beans.

Dinner:cheeseburger pasta (slimming world recipe, one of our family favourites) with veg.

Once DC asleep I have a Fibre One brownie with my name on it to have with a tea.

Trying not to snack and back on Slimming World as I've gained weight over the summer and already had plenty to lose as it was.

Didn’t end up getting fish and chips on the beach so...

Breakfast - nothing, felt too ill.

Lunch - picnic lunch of tuna sandwich on seeded bread, some graze bbq crunch, medjool dates (packed a banana but it got too squashed and black to eat sadly)

Small handful of rhubarb and custard drumstick squashies while walking

Dinner - butternut squash and red pepper soup with 2 slices of seeded bread and butter. Triangle of cheese, salami and veg quesadilla DS couldn’t Finnish.

Having a movie night with DC and have a bowl of treats. Made up of Ferraro rocher, kinder, a small flake and a couple of banana skids chews. Plus a hot chocolate with squirty cream and mini marshmallows.

L - an Aldi rice pot thing which wasn’t very nice

D - bbq at my sister’s house. Had a burger and a jacket potato with salad.

Today’s plan is:

B - banana, apple, nectarine, grapes and yoghurt

L - bacon, egg, mushrooms and hash brown on a wrap

D - roast chicken, potatoes, veg and gravy

I’ll be trying not to snack again today too.

Dinner - a slice of raspberry jam on toast and a jam tart.

Snacks - a banana and an apple.

Breakfast : water with lemon, and a tea, some yeo valley natural yoghurt, slice of seeded toast and butter.

Lunch: lettuce, cucumber, cherry Toms, yellow pepper with some low fat dressing and a salmon fillet I cooked last night.

Snacks: slice of birthday cake, 4 rich tea biscuits. Graze cocoa and orange superfood oat bites - which taste incredible BTW. Satsuma

Gonna make chicken stir fry for tea with loads of veg.

After listing my snacks I can clearly see why I can't lose weight 🤣🤔😂😂😂

L - lentil and ricotta salad with courgette, rocket, red pepper, chargrilled pepper from a jar, za’atar and pomegranate molasses. It was a bit dull, so I didn’t finish it. Needed a lot more za’atar. Or lemon zest. Something else, anyway!
Snack - two homemade energy balls (peanut butter and cocoa flavour)
D - fish stew, two slices of walnut bread with butter on one slice, bowl of red grapes

Breakfast - Bar of Dairymilk & a share size bag of cheese & onion crisps that i didnt share

Dinner - Pork chop, roast potatoes, peas, broccoli & gravy
5 slabs of white chocolate Toblerone

My last day of holiday today - i allow myself 5 full weeks spread out over the year of eating whatever the hell i like & the last week has been one of them

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs on seeded toast with coffee.

Lunch - a bag of chocolate peanuts blush

Dinner - a curry concoction made in the slow cooker with lentils, split peas and chickpeas with a peshwari naan instead of rice.

Dessert - 3 mini chocolate cream eclairs.

Not the best day.

@bellyislikejelly I like that you allow 5 “free weeks” a year. Does it help you to stay on track for the rest?

L: vegetable and chorizo soup
D: chicken stuffed with Boursin, wrapped in pancetta with stir fried Savoy cabbage.

D: homemade fish cakes with chips, peas and carrots.

@Phycadelicsilhouette Its the only way that works for me.

I have lost 5 stone with 1 stone left to get me where i would like to be.

I get 5 weeks annual leave a year from work so i will always have my "diet annual leave"
at the same time.

Porridge with water & a spoon of peanut butter
Spag bol without the spag
Cadburys chocolate snack

D- (well snack really) 2 marmite flatbread things (Amazing), some snap peas, and a couple of oranges
Drinks, 3 decaf coffees with skimmed milk and a Pepsi Max. Just about to drink some squash as clearly not had enough liquid today.

Well done @bellyislikejelly, that’s an amazing loss!
Do you plan to maintain the same way?
I may use the same idea as you.
I lost a similar amount a few years ago now (about 5/6 years ago) and although I’ve never put it all back on I can tend to be a bit of a yo-yo dieter and vary between about 9-12 stone. (Started at 16) really not healthy or ideal but I suppose I’m a bit of an emotional eater.
I like this thread as it’s good for keeping track (and getting yummy ideas!)

Is your typical day around the amount you’ve eaten today?

B: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, melon, grapes, milled chia, milled flaxseed, with soya milk
L: Salad leaves, chickpea "tuna", red lentil dip, avocado, and an orange
D: seed and carrot loaf with broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage and gravy.
Snacks: big plate of raw veg, loads of baked tofu I kept nibbling out of the fridge and then an Oggs lemon cake and half a bar of ritter dark chocolate and marzipan. I don't normally eat so much sweet stuff but I think I've got pmt.

Oh the maintaining part is the hardest isnt it?
I lost my weight with SW hit my then target & spent 6 months trying to maintain which was a fail with 1 stone put back on.
I went back onto SW however for whatever reason the weight would not shift so i moved onto calorie counting & lost the gained stone.
I have also lowered my target again for a final stone off so after all that waffle grin i will continue to calorie count once i hit target in order to try to maintain.

Yesterday is a fair view of my eating. I cant do breakfast, so my first meal is normally @ 1pm.
I will break it down below if it helps you sorry to anyone who finds me boring

Today :
27grams of porridge with water & teaspoon of peanut butter

187 grams of white pasta
147grams of chicken breast
32 grams of chorizo
9 baby tomatoes
2 light dairylea triangles & 20 grams of chipotle paste (mixed together with some pasta water to make the sauce)
25grams of light cathedral cheese

Cadbury snack

Totals = 1017 for the day
