And what do you think he is feeling?

I suspect bewildered and out of his depth, and possibly considering his options.

We don’t have a deputy prime minister. What would happen in the short term if he were to resign?

Looking for a suitable ditch hopefully (to hide in).

Ohflippineck Wed 11-Sep-19 20:44:17

No idea but I hope it’s giving him no pleasure whatsoever.

Having a beverage with his lovely girlfriend in their lovely home, pet dog cuddled up and feeling proud he is doing his best for us.

Watching last nights Bake Off.

He’s not going to resign. He’s going to do this thing whether you like it or not.

HappyHammy Wed 11-Sep-19 20:47:05

probably wish he hadn't of bothered applying for the job. the report is worse case scenario.

SparklyMagpie Wed 11-Sep-19 20:47:34

Definitely having a wank over himself in a mirror

Watching Location Location Location with a glass of red wine.

I don't think hell be feeling worried/stressed/upset. His self esteem is indestructible and he doesn't really care about the outcome, beyond the power /notoriety it brings him

AgeLikeWine Wed 11-Sep-19 20:49:27

He is, and has always been, an imposter. He can do one thing, and one thing only, which is write amusing copy for newspapers. His current position is due entirely to the patronage of the proprietors of those newspapers.

He has been found out, and exposed as the fraud he is. This situation is going to end in total and complete humiliation, and he knows it.

So, Project Fear, so-called, is broadly correct.

HerculesTheBercules Wed 11-Sep-19 20:51:46

Yellowhammer is as grim as predicted.

Topseyt Wed 11-Sep-19 20:51:51

He's doing nothing right. He is a shit PM. TM was a shit PM, but Boris will be in a league all of his own.

What is he feeling? Possibly very little as he is an ignoramus, but maybe he wonders why the fuck he so badly wanted this job. Or does that credit him with too much emotional intelligence??

Wondering who'll play him in the Crown season 11, the finale

There's a chap in America who has a few acting credits to his name already that would be perfect for the role and will be looking for a job in a few years time.

GreekOddess Wed 11-Sep-19 20:54:56

I think he will resign within a week.

Being a dictator isn't all it's cracked up to be.

hopefulandstrong Wed 11-Sep-19 20:56:30

@MmmBlowholes I was going to suggest this grin

lboogy Wed 11-Sep-19 20:56:33

If Philip Seymour Hoffman hadn't died, I would have said he'd have made a good fictional Boris

Quartz2208 Wed 11-Sep-19 20:56:45

he's shit because he has no principles. He is no more a brexiteer or leaver than Tony Blair is, he just did it to further his own career (believing I think that remain would marginally win and saying he wanted to leave would mean he would be placed to take over and try and unite them.

All he has ever wanted is to be PM and now he is I can imagine all he wants is to not be
