What's your MBTI type?

I'm an INFP. At first I felt kind of affronted, but actually think in many ways it's rather accurate.

Obviously juat for fun. Not suggesting you can tell the personality of someone straight away by using 16 types before someone comes on and says it's bollocks/why do I believe in it etc.

I think DH is ISTP.

ESFJ
It’s actually very accurate for me.

ENFJ and so obviously so! I used to know someone who could categorise on first meeting!

I’ve done this before but always forget, let me google it and come back!

INTJ - most people are surprised by the I as I fake it quite well enough of the time.

INTJ

I took the qualification in training for MBTI and found it surprisingly convincing- it's not an exact science of course, but it is a useful lens to notice one's own way of being, and understand others.

Interestingly, five of the six friends/ partners I have been closest to through my life have all been INFJs..... I LOVE INFJs!!!!

INTJ.

Tested at various points over the last 25 years - always comes back INTJ.

ENFJ/ENFP. It varies each time I take it (a few times over the years). The last few times have been ENFJ, though.

INTP

Discovering the “P” has changed my work life and how I organise myself.

ESFJ and DH is ESTJ. That one difference is he internalises thoughts while he sorts through them, whereas I talk them through. It made such as difference once we worked that out! I no longer get annoyed when he is quiet, and he puts up with me chatting at him (rather than to him) a lot happier now as he can just tune me out and I will draw him back into what I am saying once I have figured it out.

ENFP - so very accurate in description. Obviously more to people than a personality type, but fundamentally me.

INFJ, and 5w4 enneagram.

Just spent a perfect Friday evening under a blanket with my kindle and my cat!

INFP/J depending .
I like this sort of self diagnostic thing. I was years with zero self awareness - it's nice to see a bundle of traits and see do they apply.

INFP too, OP. There are pluses and minuses to it but I wouldn't change it even if I could.

ENTP, which is apparently less common in women. Its spot on top.

Been fascinating doing it as a team at work and learning everyone else's type, we work a lot better together now.

INTP

have done it a few times and always the same...DH is INTP as well but the individual areas are slightly differnt - I am more N and P and he is more T!

I used to work with someone who was the complete 'opposite' ESNJ
it definitley helped us appreciate each other more ....

INFP or INTP - depends on the day!

Report
onetwofive · 19/07/2019 22:26

Is INFP "the mediator"? I'm that one. Also found it extremely accurateZ can't remember DH's but he wasn't impressed. His was E something and most people would definitely think of me as the extrovert and him the introvert! Think he may have answers the questions in an imagined work setting, and think he may be very different at work...
