I love a food thread and normally pick up some new ideas as well Smile

Breakfast, poached eggs on toast. Lots of coffee

Lunch chicken salad & party rings with the dc

Dinner later will be sausage and butter bean stew & a bottle of red for me and dh
Dessert home made strawberry ice cream ( the ice cream maker has turned out to be a great buy)

I've ate terribly today - 2 bowls of coco pops with orange and mango juice.

And then chocolate doughnut, jam doughnut, a few packets of space raiders, and some brownie milk (all on the way back from the weekly shopping trip).

Ate like a child Blush

Four hobnobs with a coffee that dd1 made me. I feel a bit blah so will probably do something like sausage sarnys for tea.

I somehow managed to make the most incredible lamb saag (first time ever!) and ate that for lunch, along with shop bought pilau rice/naan/bhajis.

I have enough for seconds so I think that is Monday dinner sorted too!

I then had a bowl of gorgeous fresh strawberries, really tasty (not the disappointedly bland you so often get).

Brekkie- alpen muesli with walnuts and chia seeds
Lunch - bit of macaroni with 2 boiled eggs
Snacks (so far) 2 apricots / banana / a while packet of sensations peanuts
Dinner will be rice and sweet potato curry

I can't stop snacking!!!

Low fat sausage sandwich for breakfast

Just about to have peanut butter chicken with noodles

Later on I'll have a picnic thing of mixed meat, cheeses & chutney.

Scrambled tofu on buttered toast and a hot chocolate.

Roasted cauliflower soup with onion, garlic and butter.
Mash potato with mushroom and leek bangers and onion gravy. Grape juice.

I will only have a snack later this evening.

Two coffees, one mnm (it was on the kitchen counter all alone lol) and a pint of water. Going to have pulled pork and chips for dinner.

Breakfast - coffee, fried egg on toast
Snack - cold roast beef
Lunch - chicken korma with rice and chutney
Don’t know what I’ll have for dinner as I’m at the airport now

In the US so it's 10:30 am here. I had (parts of, can't eat it all) coffee, eggs, bacon, grits, toast. And part of a Bloody Mary with crunchy celery.

For lunch planning a sandwich with fresh tomatoes and for supper a Mexican salad with chicken.

Ive been rubbish food wise; 3 lidl version of chocolate hob nobs, a raspberry and chocolate magnum (amazing discovery) and some skinny popcorn. I am on the way to the inlaws for a proper roast though so at least there'll be some veg going on!

I'm trying to get back on the healthy eating wagon as I've had a very boozy weekend with lots of eating out and bad food choices.
L-baked potato with h/m chilli
Greek yogurt
Two ice pops (not so good!)
Dinner will be chicken with leeks, mushrooms and tarragon with rice.

Coffee and a tangerine ( not a breakfast person)

Late lunch of bbq’d lamb steaks with a herb dressing , red cabbage coleslaw and roasted Romanesco cauliflower.

Bowl of cherries.

Cups of tea.

Some hummus later maybe and an apple.

I'm calorie counting to lose some baby weight but Sundays are my 'day off' from it. Don't count calories but don't go mad, just more relaxed

B: small bowl of chocolate granola and slice of toast with marmalade (toddler are half)
L: cheese and crackers, olives, stuffed vine leaf. Kiwi
D: will be KFC-style chicken (made in air fryer), homemade chips, corn on the cob, salad, coleslaw

Also had a chocolate digestive with a cup of tea. Will either have a banana or a square of dark chocolate before bed

Breakfast was 2 sausage rolls, dinner was a roast chicken breast, potatoes dauphinoise, and petits pois. Much coffee and more than half a bottle of chardonnay :) Sundays are good!

Breakfast - a homemade raspberry, strawberry and banana smoothie.
Lunch - left over fried rice with onion and some satay sauce. Also sprinkled over some salt and chilli seasoning.
Snack - Tunnocks Caramel water and a skinny iced latte.
Tea - take away pizza and ill some cherries for after.

Breakfast was raspberries & a nectarine followed by a bacon sandwich.

Lunch was a chicken sandwich, crisps, guacamole & a glass of rose wine.

Snack was raspberries & clotted cream.

Pre dinner snack will be Pimms & more crisps & guacamole.

DH & DS are away so I have treated myself to a fillet steak for dinner with salad (& home made chips) & a glass or two of red wine.

No wonder I am overweight Grin, but thoroughly enjoying a lovely relaxing sunny afternoon & evening, did do some volunteering this morning so day not completely lazy.

Totally aware this is not cool but I can't stomach much else right now 🙁

Lemon cheesecake

Lots of sugar as ever but in my defense I've run 5k!
