Service charge and insurance on leasehold flat

Hi, I don’t know if anyone can help with this. I own a flat with my partner on a leasehold basis and recently got our yearly invoice for service charge, ground rent and buildings insurance. The insurance aspect seemed particularly highly at £245 for the year. Does anyone know if this is normal or has a similar living situation? I have nothing to compare it to as this is the first property we’ve owned.

how many parties in the freehold?
how old is the buildig?
for a victorian conversion with 2/3 parties that sounds about right

We own a flat in a victorian conversion and that is similar to ours

Ours is a modern block with 12 flats, used to be offices and was then converted.

Also just to add in addition we also pay £190 service charge so comes to nearly £450 for year over all.
