Please help understand illegible writing my dad made on his deathbed .

If I posted the photos of diary entries can you help me . I have worked some of it out . Mom originally thought he took to his bed after lifting something heavy but it looks like he coughed up blood and had pain in his back .

Thank you everyone my dad died five years ago but I only just discovered this writing . We never really new what was wrong as he refused to go to drs or hospital until it was too late and my mom has memory loss that I didn't realise how bad it was till after he died and worry I didn't know the whole story

Pic two- felt very bright outwardly and blood doesn't look good
Line 5 of pic two so difficult but maybe something like "return when (something) I be (illegible)... sorry OP xx I hope you get answers soon

I haven't put the first entry as I could read it . He had not slept a wink felt like he had a bug as felt really rough . Pain in back

The last one looks like;

I'm thinking about 'brom', good tears over/Of, and I I'm unsure of the last word but it starts with f or g I think.
