House porn! Sort of...

Maybe it's reverse house porn. I can't decide whether my favourite thing is the fox humping the partridge or the Mona Lisa shower curtain watching you wash your bits...

Rightmove linky

What about you?

That is certainly a unique style!

mogloveseggs Wed 23-Jan-19 20:44:56

I like the kitchen minus the taxidermy but just wow! It's very sumptuous isn't it shock

BelladonnaKebab Wed 23-Jan-19 20:45:08

My house is definitely missing a fox sliding down the banister. Off to Google...

User5trillion Wed 23-Jan-19 20:45:57

I quite like it, its certainly unique.

Is it your house red?!
Elements I love...but in a large estate not a 2 bed!!
Good for them, particular elements I love are tropical plants in pots so easy to move. I'd love to see the house with no furniture to see what is built in and what would leave as I imagine quite a bit could be made fantastic if toned down

lanawinters Wed 23-Jan-19 20:46:59

I agree RedSky - far better a house with personality than the dull, dull, dull 50 shades of grey that I see EVERY SINGLE DAY 😩😩
Estate agent here ( like to think one of the good ones, if there is such a thing 😉 )

TakemedowntoPotatoCity Wed 23-Jan-19 20:47:08

A bit strong redsky, your post is way more offensive than the op's

Kittykat93 Wed 23-Jan-19 20:47:59

Love the partridge humping Fox grin

Bluntness100 Wed 23-Jan-19 20:51:04

Yeah that's a bit much, both the decor and redskys post.🤣

Redsky, is it yours?

AmIAWeed Wed 23-Jan-19 20:51:04

Holy crap, just told my husband I'd found our next home and showed him... apparently it's the right decor....said deadpan. He meant it, would like to know where it is. So THATS why we can't agree on household clutter....

Racecardriver Wed 23-Jan-19 20:51:32

That’s really really odd. Just really out of keeping with the property.

MadeleineMaxwell Wed 23-Jan-19 20:51:42

For the record, I quite like the house too, even though I wouldn't want to buy it or live in it.

I totally covet the gold crushed velvet chaise longue in the bedroom. And the suit of armour (presumably for wayward husbands?). And I admire the way they've managed to get so much stuff into what is not a large space.

Not sold on stuffed albino peacocks though.

ALemonyPea Wed 23-Jan-19 20:52:11

I love it! What's not to love about a stuffed peacock in every room. My favourite part is the fox sliding down the banister.

Not sure I like the bust looking at me while I bath though

PatriciaHolm Wed 23-Jan-19 20:52:58

"dull, dull, dull 50 shades of grey"

A 50 Shades of Grey house sounds anything but dull...

itsbritneybiatches Wed 23-Jan-19 20:53:43

Fucking hell

MrMeSeeks Wed 23-Jan-19 20:54:11

Bar the dead animals i think its fab

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD Wed 23-Jan-19 20:54:12

The fox sliding down the bannister! 😂 it’s very unique isn’t it. I wonder what their new house is going to be like?

QuantamBaby Wed 23-Jan-19 20:54:33

WOW!
God I love that so much - the total attitude of "Fuck It, I want to live in a stately home but I can't and so I'll turn my little house into Chatsworth anyway"

I hope they are moving out because they want to and Not because they have to - it would break my heart to pour so much love into a house and not be able to live in it forever.

MadauntofA Wed 23-Jan-19 20:54:52

I'm impressed at how much they have put into a 2 bed cottage, looks more like a 6 bed country mansion!

VelociraptorRex Wed 23-Jan-19 20:56:46

Wow, it's very baroque, I reckon the owners must have awesome parties grin

MadeleineMaxwell Wed 23-Jan-19 20:59:08

So THATS why we can't agree on household clutter....

Can you imagine Marie Kondo's face if she set foot in there?

VelociraptorRex Wed 23-Jan-19 20:59:15

And bugger off Redsky, it's publicity, so if it brings attention to it and helps them sell their house, there's no harm in pointing it out to everyone!
(@mnhq please can we have an emoticon thingy sticking its tongue out?? It would be useful sometimes) wink
