I don't wear knickers under my pjs and I change mine every few days. I have more than enough washing to do without adding a pair of pjs every day.

I have mine surgically removed every few years.

About once a week but I dont sleep in them- wear them for about an hour in the evening before going to bed and always wear knickers underneath

Every day but then I only do a bed change every two weeks so I feel clean pj compensates!

Wear them for 3-4 evenings but take them off before I go to bed so they’re only worn in the evening for a couple of hours at most!!
