Boring for a Sat night but tell me about your Kia Sportage

Currently have a 1.5yr old and I suffer from fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility. Thought a high car would be better than something like
The Ford Focus/ golf/ Astra.

Has anyone got a Sportage and can you tell me the pros and cons? Looking at 2012 models onwards. Thanks

No help with your questions, but I'm a caravanner and we see a lot of them on campsites so they must have a reasonable amount of pulling power and be fairly good on fuel.

I love mine. Its amazing. Ours is two years old and is a dream. It has a reversing camera and sensors. It also has a function that beeps when you go over the lines without indicating and steers for you when it thinks you're not going round bends as well as it would like, which is a bit unnerving.

The boot is very spacious and it has many cup holders, including in the rear arm rest in the middle of the back seat.

There is no CD player though but has a DAB radio and is Bluetooth equipped.

We have a Kia Venga which is a small mpv and we absolutely love it. It’s a bit like a mini sportage! Grin We’ve had it nearly 5 years now, no issues whatsoever, hardly costs us anything compared to our old car in terms of fuel etc it’s very economical. We love it and I would definitely buy a Kia of any kind again.

I'm on my second Sportage. They are just great. I love how protected I feel when driving.

Had ours for a couple of years now - love it. Lovely to drive, good on fuel, comfortable to travel in as a passenger, lots of boot space. Towed our caravan. A yes from me!

Oooo thanks all! Tell me about the boot space. Will it easily fit a pram?

Love ours. Got a 16 plate - the boot is fab, it has no lip which I find really helpful, as no need to lift things higher then needed (if that makes sense!) Got mine as I have a bad back & it's so much easier getting in & out. Defo get one!

Ah do the older shapes hade the 'lip' bit in the boot?

Looking to spend no more than 12k so hope I can get a decent one. Would love DAB, heated seats and parking sensors ...
