What is this rash on my 7 year old

Is it hives? I've given him piriteze syrup. It's all over his arms and legs. There's a few small patches on his torso. He has it a little bit on his face but it's not raised like it is on arms and legs. He doesn't feel ill and his temperature is normal. He says occasionally it's itchy but not really.

Thanks for replying. I thought so but wasn't totally sure. The Piriteze seems to have calmed it down, thankfully!
