flowers for you 84. Thinking of you on this, both difficult and special, day.
The concert sounds lovely. Do you sometimes find music that was special to you both comes unbidden into your head?

Off to the airport soon. I have been to The Panthenon,Trevi Fountain, Vatican and Sistine Chapel, Spanish Steps, St Peters Basilica and The Colloseum. I'm exhausted but it's been great fun. Hope DP would be proud.

I don't know your husband obviously but I can't help thinking he'd be so bloody proud of you for finding a glorious way to spend the day in his memory rather than sitting at home in misery.

It sounds fabulous, enjoy flowers

He loved watching films. We had seen Angels and Demons which is set in Rome and loved it. I put flowers on the grave before we left and I saw on FB that his children had done the same. Last year we had a party in the hospice ward and I made a huge chocolate cake. Amazing how much can change on a year.... 😪 😪 😪 😪 😪 😪 😪
