It’s sats I doubt anyone cares, meaningless test for the child.

In our school, it’s around 20% this year.

Depends on the school, the cohort, the goalposts...TBH the teachers were more ecstatic about the WT children who made it. The children were so chuffed!

Thanks jumbley

Wt?

Working Towards. You know, the way of giving a level that replaced the old Levels 3-6. Try not to compare your child with others.

The scores required went up this year. Year on year comparisons are pointless.

Any idea what the scores mean? Our school gives numbers not the translation (don’t tell you if it’s higher depth or whatever else). DD gets her results tomorrow, and we’re hoping she achieved ok but her spelling lets her down hugely. Can someone tell me what score she is aiming for to be on target?

34% in my class last year.

27% this year.

So have chikdrenin general got lower sats results this year ?

LardLizard Thu 12-Jul-18 07:01:00

How many do you know your child’s scores
We were told 100 is a pass 110 or more is greater depth

Howmanysleepstilchristmas Thu 12-Jul-18 13:23:54

She gets them today... hope she “passed”

National figure for all (Reading, Writing & Maths) greater depth last year was 9%.

I read online 5% will get “greater depth” in all 3. Our school told us its 110 scaled score for greater depth, But read online 112 was equivalent to the old level 6 sats. So who know :/

hi is it unusual for a child to get every question correct in the s.p.a.g tests ?

ShowOfHands Wed 18-Jul-18 21:38:04
