Just wanted to ask if anyone has filled in the stress at work tick box test thing and what the outcome is if anything.

Just filled one in myself today as am not in a good place.

I haven't personally completed one, but have you spoken to your line manager about the issues you are having? There may be something he/she can do to help?

They are limited to what they can do. It's a new role working with a failing service provider. No one knew it was going to fail.

Quiddi I won't pretend I understand your situation but i just wanted to say that I'm so grateful to all the people who work hard in the NHS .
A big thank you and a hug and a hope that things can improve for you,

Have you started looking elsewhere for other jobs? We've been through a pretty horrific time in my trust recently, only just coming out the other side. Try and arrange a meeting anyway, at least to voice your concerns regardless of what they are able to do.
