Soft toy out of old school uniform

I would like to make my 10 YO DD a soft toy out of her old school uniform for when she leaves school later this year. I have no sewing skills but I am very crafty, can knit, crochet, etc. What do you think my options are? I wouldn't be against sending the old school uniform to someone who can make it into a plush toy for me as long as the price is reasonable. Would love to hear your suggestions.

I made a cushion out of her sweatshirt and sewed on a few badges that she'd got

I'm sure that any company that makes soft toys out of baby clothes will be able to help you.

Sew Lovely Keepsakes sell a do-it-yourself kit for a bear. Or you can send the clothes and they make it for you. They really are lovely!

Memory Teds are amazing. When DM passed away me, 3 siblings and 6 grandchildren had teddies and cushions made out of our favourite pieces of her clothing.

The lady who does them is clever and talented.
