Any recommendations? Preferably not jam, so plain sugar or iced.

These are so squidgy but nut oily and you can usually find them in a Tesco Express too www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/282539202.

that should be NOT oily

Morrisons are the best.

Sainsbury’s are the worst

Morrison's are far superior to any others. Tesco are mediocre, and Sainsbury's are dire. Asda are fairly good.

Caulk Fri 15-Dec-17 09:10:26

Morrisons are the best by far.

WhoopiGoldbergsCat Fri 15-Dec-17 09:10:59

Yep definitely Morriston, the custard ones are amazing!

Dancergirl Fri 15-Dec-17 09:19:08

Do Morrisons do chocolate ones?

Another vote for Morrisons, they are always really fresh smile

Nanasueathome Fri 15-Dec-17 10:42:58

I want some Morrisons custard doughnuts now

taybert Fri 15-Dec-17 11:05:44

The fresh ones from the Lidl bakery are by far the best. Light and fluffy, not oily. A bit too easy to eat mind....
