And if so what? I'd like to do something locally once a week where I see the same people and get out one evening but I'm not sure what. Any ideas?

Parkrun on a Saturday morning.

And once during the week I go running with my friend. Not sure if you can call that a club though, unless you call it a very small and exclusive one grin

What fab ideas! smile thanks all. They all sound great. Choir sounds like a good option for me and I've never heard of parkrun so will look into that too. flowers

The attendees are generally 25-55 years old and friendly

I currently don't do anything but wouldn't mind getting into am dram once the kids are older.

crackerjacket Thu 14-Dec-17 14:13:14

Once DS is old enough I will volunteer at the scout group. See how that goes.
