So far, only a cup of coffee. Will have another one in a minute, but I tend to fast until lunchtime so won't have anything to eat until then.

Yeah new thread! Thanks Bit brew

Nothing so far as I take my breakfast to work. No time in the morning between dog walk, cat feeding, shower etc! Will report back later smile

Hatingliferightnow Mon 04-Dec-17 09:30:24

Was up at 5 so two coffees and a yogurt. Breakfast used to be favourite meal of day but have lost appetite since having a recent operation

BitOutOfPractice Mon 04-Dec-17 09:33:39

Yesterday I had

Brunch: (post gym): Eggy bread and bacon, coffee
Snack: ginger cake
Dinner: chicken tagine with preserved lemons
Then went to the pub and spoiled it all with wine!

2 cups of tea, a pint of water, soya yogurt and raspberries and a Maryland cookie. Staying with MIL for the week and it's chips every night in her house. Nipping into town at lunch time so hoping to grab something half nutritious and will nip to Tesco to stock up on fruit. I'm EBF 5mo DD and ravenous constantly!

GreyMorning Mon 04-Dec-17 09:37:58

3 Roses and about to drink a cup of tea!

Fauxtatoes Mon 04-Dec-17 09:39:53

Just a cup of black tea so far. I'm waiting until I'm hungry before I eat!

UnicornInTraining Mon 04-Dec-17 09:43:48

UnicornInTraining Mon 04-Dec-17 09:44:34

Overnight oats and 3 Light Digestives blush Bought Light ones by accident and actually prefer them, cross bbetween reg digestive and a rich tea!

Oh and a segment of DS's satsuma. Picking is my downfall!

BendydickCuminsnatch Mon 04-Dec-17 10:29:33

Can't believe so many survive on just coffee! I am done eating for the day by 5ish though so do most of my eating early I guess. DS had me up at 5:15 this morning (his 4week old brother slept until 7:30 though, ugh, if only I didn't need to supervise the 2 year old!!).

youngestisapsycho Mon 04-Dec-17 10:31:13

cup of coffee and a -half- slice of victoria sandwich cake.

CondimentQueen Mon 04-Dec-17 10:31:29

So far I've had a big bowl of frozen berries with Greek yoghurt and a bit of granola on top. Going to raid the fridge in a bit for some veg for soup for lunch, which I'll probably have with oatcakes and cheese. Dinner will involve something to do with pasta and chorizo.

This is the aim but I'm pregnant and starving all the time.

youngestisapsycho Mon 04-Dec-17 10:31:40

Lol that didn't work!

glow1984 Mon 04-Dec-17 10:33:19

Bacon sandwich

DS (17 months) has been up since 7 and has already had

1 banana
2 eggs
3 slices of plantain
A bag of Ella’s kitchen carrot and lentil sticks

gnomeisland Mon 04-Dec-17 10:35:27

Peppermint tea, then started on the black coffee.
Breakfast was quinoa porridge made with water, mixed berries, full fat yoghurt and seeds - been following Michael Moseley's 8 week blood sugar diet and have lost 23 pounds in 6 weeks and feeling great!

It was hell to start with though.

BulletFox Mon 04-Dec-17 10:37:52

It might sound odd...for breakfast I had wild salmon fish pie and salad

f83mx Mon 04-Dec-17 10:40:41

today's is going to be a bad one - had two boiled eggs, two pieces of toast, two teas and just polished off a mince pie!

UnicornInTraining Mon 04-Dec-17 11:08:20

So far..
B- black coffee, an orange, and a cinnamon raisin roll because I could not resist the smell of the bakery
L- piece of cheese + bread, lettuce with dressing, a clementine
Dinner will involve the roast chicken leftovers

Johnnycomelately1 Mon 04-Dec-17 12:27:00

2 cups of tea
protein shake (just powder, water and ice)
thai butternut squash soup
2 hard boiled eggs
Diet Coke
red pepper, cucumber, celery and carrot sticks with humous
bowl of pineapple, kiwi, cherries and raspberries
2 cups of tea
black bean chilli with cauliflower (previously rejected by my ungrateful children) and spinach and a spoonful of plain yoghurt as the decision to double the chilli turned out to be a bad one.
2 glasses water.
