Where has the sunshine gone?

It's so dark out there today, I think someone forgot to switch the sun on this morning.

I'm in Yorkshire. Grim, dark and looks like I should be heading home rather than starting the day!

Just saying to dh how nice November has been.
We’ve had lots of sunshine at weekends.
Have a caravan in N Yorks and the season doesn’t end till the end of the month and we’ve absolutely loved it.
Not too windy either and hardly any rain

Hi Dowser. Yes November was lovely earlier in the month but these last few days have been so dark!

I’m in Cumbria and it’s very dull today!
There has been some lovely weekend weather recently! Finger’s crosses for more when this weather front passes

I Enjoy the dull dark days.

Winter is my fave season.

Pointless I prefer when it has snowed. The world seems somewhat lighter in that white blanket. Huddled in the car, driving at 2mph. I love it.

ditzy Is it? hmm

Sunny and windy here today (south coast) - I've the washing out in hope that it dries.

I believe it has gone on holiday until March, possibly April.

I’m in the north east and it’s grey and dull.

Coming home from the school run last night it was getting pretty dark at 3:30. As much as I like sunny autumn/winter days I hate the low sun especially when I’m driving - can’t see a thing as I’m too short for the car sun visor and I can’t find my sunglasses.

cjt110 Wed 22-Nov-17 10:12:48

Munch I suffer that too. I have a hairband around my visor with my sunglasses in a case so that theyre there if I need them.

Really bright here today (Ashford, Kent) but it's a bugger for driving in when you start your school runs at 7.50am. By the time I get back at 9 I need the headache tablets!
Very windy though, even the magpies are getting flung around a bit.

I've spoken to someone in Bristol, Birmingham and London today. Only the person in London said it's sunny.

I'm in the SW and it's really grey and from here. Had a day like it the week before last when I started work at 6am. It was awfully dark all day and felt so depressing.
