Mcvities digestive, everything else just doesn’t do it for me.

Greggs used to do lovely ginger biscuits that would go soggy on the outside but chewy in the centre, and were the best, but they don’t make them any more.

Got to be a chocolate hobnob for me

iklboo Tue 21-Nov-17 19:21:16

Custard cream. Dunked right under for a count of three.

skippybobobo Tue 21-Nov-17 19:23:52

No biscuit should ever be dunked

BikeRunSki Tue 21-Nov-17 19:24:56

Definitely a chocolate hobnob, preferably plain choc.

WhoWants2Know Tue 21-Nov-17 19:25:19

Penguin, after biting off opposite corners and drinking tea through it like a straw.

QuopQuop Tue 21-Nov-17 19:27:43

Hobnob!

Sorry, you're all wrong. The only biscuit that should be dunked is a Ginger Nut, and only dunked in sweet tea. HTH.

ALemonyPea Tue 21-Nov-17 19:31:02

Chocolate biscuits shouldn’t be dunked. They just taste wrong.

minipie Tue 21-Nov-17 19:31:38

Came on to say plain chocolate hobnob. Quietly pleased to have been beaten to it a few times smile

I like a Rich Tea finger!

HughLauriesStubble Tue 21-Nov-17 19:32:32

Bourbon cream or custard cream nomanom grin

FurryDogMother Tue 21-Nov-17 19:32:41

According to the Honourable Association of Tea Duellists (tea duelling really is A Thing), the most acceptable type of bisquit [sic] for dunking is the Malted Milk, although the substitution of a 'Nice' is allowed, in extremis.

PrivateParkin Tue 21-Nov-17 19:33:51

Malted milks or rich teas made into a triple-decker and given a short, sharp dunk in tea brew

MrsA2015 Tue 21-Nov-17 19:35:08

Chocolate digestive

Floellabumbags Tue 21-Nov-17 19:35:31

It's got to be a kitkat

PurplePumpkinHead Tue 21-Nov-17 19:36:36

Bourbons brew

BrokeAndBad Tue 21-Nov-17 19:37:32

McVities (non of the own brand crap) Digestives

End of chat.

Except don’t dunk them in black coffee as I discovered earlier today 🙄

ChanandlerBongsNeighbour Tue 21-Nov-17 19:39:35

Digestive milk chocolate or naked.

wasMissD Tue 21-Nov-17 19:39:41

100% milk chocolate digestive, closely followed by a bourbon

alarox Tue 21-Nov-17 19:41:48

Bourbons. Perfect shape for dunking. Them and Cadburys fingers.

VeganIan Tue 21-Nov-17 19:45:01

Bourbons have good structural integrity - not something you can claim about hob bobs.

Chocolate fingers with both ends bitten off and with tea sucked through come a close second, but obviously that's not something you can do in most company.

Third would be dark chocolate digestives. Not milk.

Ifyouseeapolarbear Tue 21-Nov-17 19:45:25

Choc chip hob nob.

Tiddlywinks63 Tue 21-Nov-17 19:47:07

Ginger nuts in a milky coffee
Homemade shortbreads in tea
Digestives (MacVities obviously) in hot chocolate

Simples!

ALemonyPea Tue 21-Nov-17 19:47:09

Stuffed biscuits are just wrong as well.

Doesn’t a nice or malted milk biscuit break very quickly?
