What have you eaten so far today?

Today has been bad, I’m home, recovering from a virus and bored.

Breakfast- slice of toast with lemon curd

Lunch- cheese and pickle wrap, bag squares and a wispa

Dinner- will be sausages and bean stew with green veg

Trying to stop myself from picking at the contents of the fridge by drinking peppermint tea.

A punnet of raw mushrooms. A handful of peanuts. Quite a lot of tea.

Breakfast - 4 sausages (100% pork) and scrambled eggs
Lunch - 2 bunless double bacon cheeseburgers with black tea
Snack - 2 squares 90% dark chocolate and black tea
Dinner will be chicken with cashew nuts and stir fried veg.

Lost 8 stone eating this way grin

Ciabatta with olive oil. Two dates. A tiny bit of dark chocolate. A quarter of a cabbage. Three pieces of broccoli. Banana cinnamon smoothie. And a ridiculous amount of tea.

4 cream crackers with 1 slice of cheese, 1 coffee
A kitcat
2 crackerbreads with Philadelphia and a cucumber, 1 coffee.

I'm going through something stressful with my dd and have a poor appetite, I will probably have a bowl of weetabix later instead of dinner.

Desperately trying to cut down:
1 small bowl of granola
1 cup of tea
4 small saltine crackers with butter
Half a banana
Half a yogurt
1 packet of six-pack crisps
Can of coke

A handful of Shreddies.

A small bowl of tomato soup with a bit of bread mashed in.

I was vomiting all day yesterday so I'm trying to ease myself into gentle eating. I really want coffee but not sure my stomach will take it.

Gosh!! You all eat so little. I've had a blueberry pancake, some leftover cold chicken, apple, two Weetabix and packet of crisps. Roast beef with all trimmings later 😋

L: minestrone soup and a slice of wholemeal toast, plus a chocolate mousse
D: will be creamy chicken tarragon pots, potato wedges and loads of steamed veg
Snack: oaty biscuit in bed with a cup of tea

Ive had a very small bowl of bran flakes (20g ish) with 4 prunes and for lunch bacon , sausage and poached egg . 1 cup of tea , a pint of soda and lime and almost a pint of no added sugar Ribena ( very dilute) . I’ve lost 3 stone this year and need to stay this weight or lose a bit more for health reasons . Tea will be cauliflower cheese tonight as we are all having different snacky stuff and I love it . I’ve tried to stop snacking between meals , only eat when hungry until I feel full and if I do need to snack have salty popcorn instead of crisps .

Banana cinnamon smoothie with hemp milk and seed mix
Apple
2 egg omelette with spring onions and cheese
1 piece of toast with peanut butter
Half a punnet of grapes

I have a green smoothie and butternut squash and lentil soup to look forward to later

I am bloody starving! I started a 6 week dairy, wheat and crap free diet (complete failure!) and exercise plan on Sunday so I feel better for Christmas as a present for myself.

My normal day looks like this

Bowl crap cereal
Two pieces white toast thick butter
Yoghurt
Pack crisps
Chocolate
Two or three pieces of bread sandwich with cheese
Biscuits or more chocolate
Donut
Crisps if any left - packets are so small these days!
Dinner with potatoes/pasta/rice and vegetarian fake meat
Yoghurt or dessert I've made
Chocolate/biscuits /crisps - cupboards will be ransacked to find the stuff I hid from the DC but which is for Them!
Toast and peanut butter - 2/3 pieces

Bread cravings won today.

I was going to start one of these today!

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix with a large banana and milk. Cup of tea
Satsuma
Apple
Another cuppa and a handful of cashew nuts and dark choc coated cranberries
Lunch: 2 x eggs, scrambled, 2 x small pieces of brown toast with butter, half a tin of baked beans.
Pot of full fat plain Greek yoghurt, fresh blueberries and a spoonful of flax seeds on top.
A Chupa Chups lolly out of the kids' trick or treating bag as the 3yo gave it one tiny tentative lick and said he didn't like it. So obvs I scarfed it hmm

I'm so jealous of the person who has had an orange Club today! I only have them when I give blood and love them!.

Dinner tonight is chicken and prawn/veg stir fry with noodles.

I WILL NOT RANSACK THE CUPBOARDS WHEN THE KIDS ARE ASLEEP.

I don't know what I'll have for tea. There's a load of spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers in the fridge that I could do with halloumi. Pretty sure there will be wine.

sinceyouask Apart from the cigarettes your day sounds fab. What time did you have breakfast? I would love to eat eggs for breakfast but can't face them at 7am.
