Friend in hospital in Spain, just wondering anyone has any suggestions for sending something through somewhere like Amazon, or any flower company suggestions. She's in Barcelona.

Amazon has a Spanish site,

Also, don't forget you can have stuff sent by the same Amazon sellers anywhere in Europe for the same price. A lot of stuff you order in the UK comes from other European countries/China anyway.

Interflora is worldwide I think ?

No - don't use interflora!! They cost a bloody fortune. Goodle "florista barcelona" for flowers but will they be allowed in hospital? You're looking for the phrase "envio a domicilio" which means home deliveries.

Also google "regalos a domicilio" for gifts for delivery - "cesta de fruta" is a fruit basket.
