Drip feed or drop feed?

Sorry if this topic has been done before, but I always thought the term was "drip feed". So, you drip, drip, drip information like a leaky tap. But, I've noticed on a lot of thread people use "drop feed". At first I thought it was an autocorrect error or something, but I really have seen it a lot lately. Has anyone else noticed? Which is correct?

Thanks! Has no one else noticed a plethora of "drop feeds" then?

Never ever seen drop feed.

Pretty sure its just autocorrect.

I've noticed more drop feeds just lately too.

I've not noticed "drop" feed.

Maybe a drip feed is the gradual addition of relevant information, and a drop feed is a massive bombshell of relevance grin

I have seen drop feed several times and it irrationally irritates me!!

I assume that its either an autocorrect error or someone incorrectly copying someone else's autocorrect error.

There is no such thing as drop feed!

You'll probably see them more now.

I actually really like that grin

I just assumed it was an autocorrect error.

What the fuck is a drop feed confused

I've noticed this too! I think some folks think it's 'drop' so use that.

Drip feed, I have noticed drop feed but thought it was an auto correct blunder.

Drop feed shock. Well, if that doesn't get you expelled from MN I don't know what will!

Yes I've noticed this a few times lately. Just assumed it was autocorrect mistakes.
