Having photos taken to put our house on the market, and the fruit bowl contained a few satsumas and a banana that had seen better days.

It looks much better now grin

I do feel a little cheated by your title though. I was expecting to see pictures of a pineapple riding a motorcycle or something. Lol

blue2014 Fri 19-May-17 13:13:58

grin me too!

Spurtle Fri 19-May-17 13:14:14

Good idea. I bought stunt limes and a cream stunt rug. I'm convinced that's what sold my house so quickly.

KeiraKnightleyActsWithHerTeeth Fri 19-May-17 13:14:26

I loved that thread.
We need photos of said pineapple.

You will have to invites some friends to visit now so you can get your money's worth out of it!

Youranus Fri 19-May-17 13:15:55

But did you remember to assemble a stunt washing up area?

Cockadoodle Fri 19-May-17 13:36:58

Don't forget the stunt cookies on the cooling rack ala I've just baked these taken them out of the packet

ThouShallNotPass Fri 19-May-17 13:42:31

I bought a stunt pineapple too one.

Big fucking mistake. My middle child wanted to try it now I'm stuck buying one or two a week cos the kids love fresh pineapple.

Raaaaage! Why can't they just have a bloody simple banana instead?!

soundsystem Fri 19-May-17 13:43:16

Aw, I forgot the stunt washing up area! (I just shoved the washing up things in the cupboard)

soundsystem Fri 19-May-17 13:44:46

shagged I might rent it out. So it features in all the houses for sale in purchase area grin

soundsystem Fri 19-May-17 13:44:58

*our area

rizlett Fri 19-May-17 13:50:07

oooOoooo - can I rent your stunt pineapple?

It'll be just perfect on my MOB hat...

NotMeNoNo Fri 19-May-17 13:51:43

I got a stunt emma bridgewater biscuit tin and orla kiely towels - house sold in 3 days. Good luck!

Hassled Fri 19-May-17 13:53:55

Do people not bother with the smell of freshly brewed coffee anymore? That used to be the guaranteed way of getting your house sold. It wouldn't matter if there was the carcass of a festering rat in your bath as long as the smell of coffee filled the air. You'd need scratch and sniff for the photos, obviously. And maybe to avoid a shot of the dead rat in the bath.

NotHotDogMum Fri 19-May-17 13:54:41

Photos or it didn't happen wink

Good luck with the horse sale

soundsystem Fri 19-May-17 14:04:44

@nothotdogmum and keiraknightley

Here you go smile

(I would have taken a picture of the whole table, but since the photographer left an hour ago it's already got a changing mat, a back pack, a mug and some half eaten biscuits on it!)

twocockers Fri 19-May-17 14:06:09

You've got a pomegranate as well 😱

stuckinthehouse Fri 19-May-17 14:08:13

Nothot grin

Now imagining stunt pineapple atop a horse...

BillyButtfuck Fri 19-May-17 15:24:30

I would definitely buy your house.

Draylon Fri 19-May-17 15:27:04

Lolz. We had The Magic Pot Plant in our sales pictures. We sold the house remotely so the agent got the photographer in and 'dressed' the house. It was very sparsely furnished so some of the furniture gallivanted from room to room, as well; but the 'stand-out feature' was this cheap little pot plant that made a guest appearance in just about every photo! grin

Draylon Fri 19-May-17 15:29:12

Ta dah!

badabing36 Fri 19-May-17 15:32:37

Please tell me you did that yourself draylon

2017SoFarSoGood Fri 19-May-17 15:34:10

Love that you failed to stealth boast about the pomegranate.

Thinking of selling my house this year. Wonder if these work as well in Trumpville?

Draylon Fri 19-May-17 15:34:56

If only I had the skills,*badabing*, if only.

What a glittering career in estate agency photography would lie before me... <sigh>
