Just for fun, rings

I'm going shopping for an engagement ring on Friday eeeek! grin
Just wondered if anyone fancied showing off their rings to give me inspiration as I never wear jewellery apart from studs.

I know I won't be able to wear it all the time as I'm a nurse, might get something plain for work.

Thanks all

This is mine. Simple solitaire and crossover wedding ring. I love them, they are so shiny.

Mine are supposed to be white gold but I realise after taking this photo that they haven't been cleaned for quite a few years (prob 5 at least)

And my hands need moisturiser

Mine. Aquamarine and yellow gold. Love it

my engagement ring was my husband's grandmother's ring. It is engraved with his grandparents initials and the year they were married (1946.) Ring is originally Victorian though. Love that it has history. Plain wedding band to match it.

Mine - enjoy shopping and hit up Pinterest, it's so useful for this (and all the later wedding planning!)

In terms of work are you allowed any jewellery at all? When I can't wear my ring for some reason I sometimes put it on a chain to wear as a necklace to make sure I don't lose it

This is mine....

Yours has caught my eye'

This is the nearest thing I have. Seed pearls and garnet. I don't wear it often as it's a bit fragile but I like it very much smile

6 stone cluster, but from a distance the middle 4 look like one big stone. I love it and it wasn't too spend either

Enjoy!! Here's mine, I wear it with my wedding ring and eternity. All white gold and diamonds. All brought at different times and in different jewellers but luckily (I think) go together well! Just pick something you love!

bambisims Mon 17-Apr-17 16:43:42

Forgot pic!

Impatientwino Mon 17-Apr-17 16:49:42

Here's mine. Almost identical to MrsElm21! Hatton garden is great if you're near London. Enjoy your shopping!

We're in Hampshire, as I'm a nurse they don't like anything unless plain for infection control.

I'm a bit worried about price tbh, I'm a bit like that though as I think it's engrained from my mother.... I can imagine her in my head
