Anyone used Morrison's for their Christmas food order?

Picked up a booklet in there today and they as they are more my budget than M&S. I could do it all myself from scratch but have tw9 small dcs so would like to spend more time with them than in the kitchen.

Is the quality any good? What about the service? It would be very annoying if they were known to be crap and I'd not realised.

The food is fine, but the service has never been good for us We used them for the last 2 years in a row and both times we waited over half an hour for them to find our stuff and bring it out to us, despite turning up on time for our slot. They gave us freebies both times (a bottle of prosecco one year a free salmon side the other), but we have decided not use them again. If you can get stuff delivered instead, I would - failing that, I'd go for M&S collection.

As a PP said the service was bad. The food was ok but not presented very nicely

I definitely wouldn't rely on Morrison's now they pick in store rather than having warehouse pickers. I used Morrison's home shopping for years but cancelled my delivery pass when each week from the switch there were on average twelve missing items or substitutes on each shop and those were just the ones that showed on the receipt it didn't take into account the three or four items that were substituted (for cheaper items) that were discovered on unpacking.

We used them for a couple of years but as a pp said the food was great but they can’t organise themselves , 2 years running we ordered 2 of their premium turkey crowns and both times when going to collect they said they could not fulfil all the orders so we could only have one . Ridiculous , you may as well just go shopping as that’s what you end up doing anyway .
