Christmas Cookies/Biscuits

Hi!
We always make Christmas gingerbread biscuits during December, but this year seeing as we will be limited on Christmas themed places to visit, I thought we could make some different Christmas biscuits as another Xmas activity. Does anyone have an good recipes?
I’ve just bought some extra Christmas cookie cutters!

Great thread. The link looks good too. We enjoy making fudge, short bread as well as cookies at Christmas . I tend to use the bero recipe for cookies, then we make changes to it such as adding red and green smarties:
