Oh god, this has been done to death but I want to get organised a bit early this year for obvious reasons.

I'm stumped this year.
Ds had a switch, playstation, tablet, scooter, lego, you name it he has it!

I've already got a few books and a couple of console games and I'm now drawing a blank. Help please!

Our DDs main present is a hiking backpack, tent, and SIM. She got a proper sleeping bag for her birthday.

My 9 year old has asked for an activity (indoor skydiving) computer games, PlayStation plus, football kit, nerf gun laser tag and then I've just bought some bits and bats when I've seen them. They are so much harder to buy for as they get older.

Lego- Harry Potter and avengers. He’s obsessed!

I’ve barely started buying and his 10th birthday is shortly before Christmas but I ordered this today, possibly for birthday :

www.argos.co.uk/product/9178122?istCompanyId=a74d8886-5df9-4baa-b776-166b3bf9111c&istFeedId=30f62ea9-9626-4cac-97c8-9ff3921f8558&istItemId=ixwlipxmx&istBid=t&&cmpid=GS001&_$ja=tsid:59130%7Cacid:289-152-2757%7Ccid:599609992%7Cagid:24126986217%7Ctid:pla-1079432869632%7Ccrid:94168542777%7Cnw:g%7Crnd:18195070167317687848%7Cdvc:c%7Cadp:%7Cmt:%7Cloc:9045594&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=599609992&utm_term=&utm_content=shopping&utm_custom1=24126986217&utm_custom2=289-152-2757&gclid=Cj0KCQjwxNT8BRD9ARIsAJ8S5xZ8KjSSM6tCPKrFJy3VNfnBrPTCIqNuPpmVVz5ZqFJ-56P03IqmRhYaAiO3EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Mine also has a switch but will see if there’s another game to buy him. I’d recommend Animal Crossing and Mario Kart if yours doesn’t already have them. Mine also has Minecraft and Mario Party as well as FIFA, which he plays a lot.

Apart from that I’ll buy a football T-shirt and some other football merchandise. Already bought a new duvet cover. I am struggling for ideas.

Keyboard for the tablet or netbook/ basic laptop.

I think there's going to be some more online learning before this whole business is over and my nine year old has had great use of an old laptop for doing slideshow presentations of projects and some of the school online learning stuff.

My youngest, the nine year old, also had a phone this year. Her elder brothers are 17 and 14 and cousins we spend a lot of time with 13. They are all on their phones and being the odd one out she wanted to be the same. She doesn't have a sim card for it, just the phone as a tablet but as a status symbol it did the job. For her 10th birthday she will probably get a sim card with very basic contract for a year.

I’m stumped really. Just more Jurassic world lego.
Stuff that my 9 year old DS likes/uses:

Walkie talkies and camo net
Fossils
Lego
Switch games
Woodwork - he has his own proper tool kit, it’s proper tools but they are smaller so easier for him to use

Board games that the whole family like but particularly DS2 - exploding kittens, Scotland Yard, dinosaur monopoly, Lego star wards board game, from 0 to T-Rex, the London board game, fanily trivial pursuit

Books - Pokemon adventures manga style box set
Thinkfun game likely laser maze
Decathlon archery set (suggest on here)
Sequence game
Beyblade gyro

I does need a new bike but mostly uses his scooter so undecided.

9yo joint December birthday/Xmas present is a PS4.

On top of that:
Minecraft pyjamas
Minecraft t-shirt
Minecraft socks
Minecraft top trumps (bit of a theme!)
Mini Gameboy keyring
Light up laces
Glow in the dark nerf bullets with wrist cuff bullet holder
Funky lights for his bike
Baseball cap
Fizzy crackly bath stuff
Animal Bites cable protectors (for phone/tablet etc).

Still to get:
Something Dwight Shrute themed
Magnetic putty
Wall.E sculpture (by a local guy)

I might make the Dwight Shrute thing myself, a drawing with a silly quote or something. He loves the Office.
