For your Dad's part bottles of his favourite beer, depending on what he does on xbox voucher for vbucks equivalent, Gardeners world magazine orr Technology magazine, tomato seeds for next year or other vegetable seeds, walking socks, dark chocolate orange

For your Mum's enjoyment

Cheese truckle, latest crime thriller (look at Waterstones Christmas guide), some Narcissi bulbs for indoor planting or a amaryllis, some sort of chocolate she would like or bath bubbles, a magazine subscription like Good Housekeeping/Woman & Home/Red , cashmere socks/throw/wrist warmers,

For both - crackers, sparklers, box set, costa card or similar, bottle of champagne/wine, Hotel Chocolat chocolates or if budget allows & they like Hot Chocolate the Velvetiser

if you're going for a joint hamper I'd make it gardening/plant based main theme as they both have that interest and put in some beers/snacks with it they can individually enjoy as well x

Christmas or winter beers for DF? Specialist off licences who do craft beers should have a few different ones.

Bottle of port to go with cheese? M&S do a nice one, which comes in 250ml or 500ml bottles, which are handy for a couple who couldn't finish a full sized bottle.
I've also got a nice small decanter for port in TK Maxx before and given that with the small bottle (my DPs have a large decanter which is great for family events, but not good for a small amount when just themselves).
