I do Delia Smith's Roast Vegetable and Mozzarella Strudel most years. I like it because it is delicious can be made the night before and it reheats well for Christmas leftovers (I'm the only veggie here so it lasts me a while).

Delias parsnip roulade here. I usually make it the day before but it can be frozen I think.

I would say keep an eye out for veggie/vegan mains at supermarket this year as the past few years have been great and so much more choice! I think we had some kind of mushroom cheesy cranberry thing last year from tesco which was lush. Although my son and I are meat eaters my OH is pescatarian; we usually prefer the quorn stuff! X

We always get a Tofurkey! Other than that everything is the same as a non veggie Christmas? Supermarkets do lots of party food nearer the time.

Hey hun I was browsing xmas 2020 today on Google and theres previews of some of the xmas food ranges at aldi and tesco. Good selection of vegan and veggie stuff, caters towards if you're a fan of tofu/quorn as well as those who aren't. It looks like tesco are doing a small crown tofurkey kind of thing like a pp mentioned x

I make a quorn wellington. It always goes down (even with the meat eaters Hmm) really well and takes about 5 mins to make

Another vote for Delia’s parsnip roulade. You can make ahead, it’s fancy pants enough to be v special but not too difficult to make. I remember it calls for some specific fancy cheese but you can use whatever similar cheese you like.

Other highlights of xmas for me are at some point having a meal that consists entirely of a whole baked Camembert to myself with crusty bread (usually on a work evening a few days before Xmas when DP is working late), and also Brie & cranberry filo parcels at every hors d’oeuvre opportunity.

Christmas is the reason I failed at being vegan!

I always just have the same as everyone else minus the meat. I did do a nut roast last year but once I'd finished with the roast potatoes I couldn't even make a dent in it 😂
