Advent calendars for teenage boys

Hi
Just looking for ideas of different advent calendars for teenage boys. The last few years he has had a Lego city one, last year he had Lego Harry Potter. He mentioned one of his friends had a lynx one but that's only 12 days....his sister will have a 24 day beauty advent calendar.
Does anyone have any ideas for something that's not Lego, ideally has 24 days (or 2 cheap 12 day ones!) and isn't just normal chocolate.
Thank you

My DS had the Panini premier league calendar but it won’t be of interest if he doesn’t like football. It also might be a bit too young. DS has asked for a Revell RC Technik calendar this year.
DH had the Haynes build your own retro radio one which he seemed to enjoy.

My older DS is just getting a chocolate one this year in fact both DS are I think...

Pringles do them but no idea how many days - DS would love one but doesn't like all flavours

In the past he's had Match Attax

We had the Pringles one last year, was only 12 days though!

You could get a wooden reusable one and fill it with stuff likes/will use?

My DS13 after years of having a home made advent calendar, for the past 2 years or so has had a bog standard chocolate one. It became harder to fill 24 pockets the older he got and I struggled to find things suitable for an older boy that were small and cheap. He shared the Beanies coffee one with me one year, but there don't seem to be many suitable for older boys. The advent calendar tree has been passed onto his little brother now.

i was disappointed with the lynx one. I would make one this time i think, superdrug and boots etc do travel minis so that would do some days then maybe micro popcorn, sweets, money, mini torch, mini speaker.

There's a Haynes one where you get a part to build a radio each day or a game, and there's a lego technic one to build a helicopter.

I think choices are quite poor for older kids who don't want a make up/pamper type calendar. I would if a decent choc one wouldn't be better.

Buy one with little pictures and give him some cash if you want to make it fair. Advent calendars with gifts are a waste of money!

DS just opts for a nicer chocolate one - Reece’s or Lindt etc.

DD is 12 and it’s much easier for find them for girls loads of makeup/toiletries/jewellery/stationery ones around, spoilt for choice!

How about this
YOTINO 24 Pcs 3D Mini Maze Brain Teaser Balance Toys Labyrinth Balance Toy Balance Puzzle Box Advent Calendar Fillers for Adults, Teens, Kids Great Christmas Birthday New Year Gift www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07L88J7B8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_h7cpFbQVJCYJ7?tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21

Naked marshmallow do One and come with a little burner to toast them on.

You’re over egging the advent calendar giving daughter a “ Beauty” one . We keep expectations low and equitable. A cheap one with choc in and superhero’s. Hits the spot 😂

I fill a reusable calendar with random selection of chocolate - Lindt balls, coins, novelties - whatever I can find that fits.
