Gift for three girls?

ChristineBaskets · 13/12/2019 08:52

I want to get something for three girls ages 6, 7 and 9. I prefer to get them one present as they get something better that way (even though they have to share it) rather than three cheap presents. I want to spend around £20 - £25.

Last year I got them an Amazon Alexa which was well received.

Maybe a game that would suit all those ages? TIA

A movie night hamper, with a couple of DVDs, drinks, popcorn, sweets and chocolate. You can buy popcorn holders, like you get at the cinema.

Frustration or Ker Plunk or Monopoly?

Play parachute
Basketball hoop
Pop up badminton net with extra racket

Monopoly junior is simple enough for a six year old but surprisingly satisfying for older players too.

Game of life? Junior Monopoly? Junior Cluedo? Jenga?

Thank you all! I love these ideas and will be remembering them for future presents. I went out yesterday and bought popcorn, chocolate, sweets and hamper making stuff and I think I'm going to get them a couple of Studio Ghibli dvds (obscure enough that I doubt they've seen them) so extra thanks to Leeds for the suggestion! Smile

Uni extreme would be in that price range and would suit all 3 girls of that age. A great game!

I was going to suggest a few games but see you are sorted! I love studio ghibli films some are beautiful and better messages than Disney! don't know how familiar you are with them but there's some I would avoid for 6 year olds as they can be a bit scary and grown up themes. my recommendations for those ages would be my neighbour totoro, kikis delivery service, the cat returns and my dds loved pom poko (although there are some questionable parts in that!!!) another anime is Mary and the witches flower which is very good too.

Nocuts thank you I've watched them all with dgd (the three girls are her cousins) and love them. I am thinking of Totoro and Ponyo because of the younger ones - Spirited Away is a bit scary!

Oh now I'm starting to wonder whether to get Arriety or Kiki's Delivery Service...

I love Ghibli. Totoro is a good call as there is lots of merch available for future potential presents. The art books are lovely too. Also for Howl's Moving Castle you can get the original books by Diana Wynn Jones (which include a sequel). Not obsessed at all...
