Barbies Dreamhouse

Does anyone have this? I'm thinking of getting it for my 5 and 3 year old. I know it's so much plastic but apparently it's well built so should last and we can pass it on when they are done with it.

They have a small wooden dolls house which has had a lot of love but is too small for them both and my 5 year old loves Barbie.

Can anyone tell me the measurements - all the websites say something different which is a bit confusing and I'll be tight on space so want to be prepared! Thank you 😊

Can’t comment on size as we had the smaller townhouse,
Whilst it’s plastic tat, my husbands daughter adored hers. And my niece played with hers so much we had to get her own for the next Christmas!
If anything like the smaller one it’s a faf to build and sort all the stickers etc. So if you can arrange Santa to deliver it assembled you will save yourself having impatient girls.

Thanks @Sweetooth92, that's good to know. I do think they'd love it and I have been looking at all the new things coming out before Christmas. I don't want to end up buying a load of things that they only use for a while so I'd rather get one bigger thing that they love and will use for a long time although it is plastic fantastic Sad

Would definitely get it set up for Christmas morning - we've learnt that the hard way on a Christmas past!

If anyone has one and can tell me the dimensions I'd be grateful. X

I know it’s loads of plastic, but it seems like one of those toys that’ll be played with a lot, and you’ll probably be able to sell it on when your 2 grow out of it, so it’s not hideously wasteful.

No help on measurements, sorry! It does look big though. I guess that is the charm Smile

It might be worth ringing your local smyths toys etc. They often have them on display and may be able to measure for you?

My dd has the smaller version which is still quite big. Very very flimsy though. We've brought her the dream house for Christmas and the box is nearly as big as me which is slightly worrying!
