I REALLY want a trifle bowl like the one in the picture. Does anyone know where I can get one from, preferably on the high street so I don't end up inadvertently with a tiny weeny one?!

Next have one but not sure how big it is

Ebay have one you can collect from Argos.

John Lewis always carry this sort of thing. They may have different stock in the shop, so worth going there.

ImissTerry Thu 07-Dec-17 17:13:25

ohhhhh, are you going to make the terry's chocolate orange trifle from Sainsbury's?

TheGoodEnoughWife Thu 07-Dec-17 17:16:25

Pampered Chef did similar as I have one from there. Not sure they are still going though but that might help with your search.

Will it fit in your fridge? It's very tall, but lovely.

ColonelJackONeil Thu 07-Dec-17 17:40:20

There's one at the garden centre.

Mallowmarshmallow Thu 07-Dec-17 19:23:33

Ooh, thank all. The Next one looks perfect.

Terry, I am going to make something like that but just like my grandma used to make rather than following the Sainsbury's magazine....

Word of warning I have just ordered the Next one like that. Looked good but won’t fit in my fridge without taking out a shelf. A no go at Christmas so it’s going back!

Mallowmarshmallow Thu 07-Dec-17 21:52:53

Thanks for the tip.
We have a spare fridge in the garage (which I'm sure will be full at Xmas too) but I'm hoping with two fridges we can organise them to make room in one or the other....

John Lewis do an LSA one (cheaper end) and a Dartington one (not so cheap).

Clankboing Thu 07-Dec-17 22:04:41

There were some in Morrisons.

Clankboing Thu 07-Dec-17 22:05:14

Oh sorry they were the small ones.

HomeSense ( the homeware bit of TKMaxx) is brilliant for this, but if you see it , buy it, it won't be there the next time <<voice of experience>>
Mine is 7" x 6" so not massive , cost £8.

magicstar1 Thu 07-Dec-17 22:42:14

I got that exact one in House of Fraser last year.

littlemisscomper Thu 07-Dec-17 22:44:07

Will you saute the beef with peas and onions?

TheGoodEnoughWife Fri 08-Dec-17 06:25:14

The pampered chef one has a separate stand so it fits in the fridge, really want trifle now! One in the Sainsbury's magazine you say?

evilharpy Fri 08-Dec-17 06:29:29

You're out of luck with Pampered Chef, they're not around anymore.

Waitrose had these the other day.

foodiefil Fri 08-Dec-17 06:43:48

😂 @littlemisscomper

I bought an identical one in Sainsbury's a couple of years ago.
Looks impressive when full of a layered trifle.
