I'm looking for ideas for actual toys to go in the stockings of my 6 & 3 year old girls. I've got novelty flannels, chocolate, bubble bath and a few other bits but I can't think of toys that will keep them busy for a little while that will actually fit inside the stocking.

Mine have got a mini Lego bag, a small Playmobil box with figures and set, Top Trumps. Previously I’ve got them a figure, a kazoo, cup and ball, kaleidoscope, jacks, tiddlywinks etc

DDs are 5 and nearly 3 and will have

Top trumps (5yo)
Aquabeads sets (5yo)
Play foam (3yo)
Doll clothes (3yo)

I may also get them a cbeebies or similar magazine to go in there - most of the year I won't buy them so they are a real treat! Also maybe a kinder egg?

Amazon do gifts in a tin. I've got my dc the dinasaur ones. They have to dig and find the bones. There's a range of them, farm animals etc. They're not too big.
