My son bought me one a few years ago
He lived in Epsom at the time and travelled back to the West Midlands with it hidden in his suitcase
Think it was around £150 at the time
‘‘Twas fabulous and I still have the wicker hamper to store things in

I had a brochure from Prestige when we had some flowers the other day and thought they looked nice/good value. I guess with Fortnums you pay a bit more for the name which adds to the ‘specialness’ of it!

My hamper was an ‘off the shelf’ one
I think he ordered it on line and then collected it from the store

I think I could look at Christmas hampers all day. There is something so lovely about them.

I think you should treat yourself MiracleCure.

We usually buy family bespoke hampers from very first to. They are a bit pricey granted but you can't beat albino egg caviar.

I had one from selfridges a few years back, it was a wonderful treat

I'm just thinking how little there is for the money. IfI wanted a posh one I'd by one from Waitrose

Dp and his business partner send Fortnums ones out to some of their clients at Christmas, I'm always really jealous and refuse to get involved choosing them as I'm petty like that grin
And before someone says just to buy one myself, it's the surprise delivery that's the important part!!
They have always had lovely messages sent in response so either people are just being polite or they genuinely like them. I'd like it just for the basket, it would look lovely on my windowsill with some fluffy blankets folded up in them!

CakeNinja Sat 25-Nov-17 16:34:46

Ooh Crumbs is here too!

The Imperial one is amazing!

It's definitely not 6 grands worth of stuff anyone would want! I mean, loads of it looks brilliant but there's shitloads in there that none of us would touch.
