Question re black Friday

Hi

I've not "done" Black Friday before. Is there a knack to it (online) or do you just click around in the hope of finding a deal?

Do top cashback and quicdo do extra on these days too?

I'm holding out to buy DP a g shock watch. Do I just try loads of different websites or is there something that comes out in advance of the best deals coming out?

Sorry if being dense.

Hi! This thread is a little out of date. This thread is a little out of date. If you're looking for deals, take a look at our black Friday deals roundup.

Nothing to be sorry about. Hopefully you can click through to this:

www.consumerreports.org/discounts-rebates/top-10-black-friday-shopping-tips/?loginMethod=auto

If you can't, there are a number of websites that track and compare black friday deals:

"You'll find tons of leaked Black Friday ad scans at bfads.net, bestblackfriday.com, dealnews.com, gottadeal.com, and theblackfriday.com.

  1. Compare prices. If you spot a great deal at one retailer, go to PriceGrabber.com, PriceWatch.com, Shopping.com, or ShopZilla to make sure you can’t do better elsewhere. (Don't forget Google Shopping and NexTag.com.) There are also a growing number of apps, such as ShopSavvy, Shopular, and BuyVia, that let you scan bar codes to compare prices, get discounts, and score coupons from local retailers. (See tip No. 6, below, for additional shopping apps.)
