What to get fil's new girlfriend

She is nice. Am sure she would like all the normal things like nice bubble bath or box of choices etc. But would like to show some thought. We don't know her that well but she is always kind to the kids. I know she likes books but I don't know what she has read. I know she has a minimalist house as we were talking about this and therefore she doesn't like knickknacks. She doesn't strike me as much of a foodie. She does like going for country walks but I wouldn't want to get her kit. Any thoughts? Smallish budget - £10 or so.
