Any ideas of where I would find branded , good quality gift sets, On Special offer? Have 2 dds 16 and 17, so looking for special offers in Benefit etc, gift sets. They are also into hair products, so looking out for ideas there too.

The Urban Decay naked pallets are very highly regarded the new one “heat” is lovely I bought recently for my 17yr old DD. I think Debenhams do 20% nearer Christmas, but, it might just be 10% on beauty products?

My girls are 16 and 13. They don't like make up gift sets as they don't use everything in them. Instead I buy them loads of individual bits that they like and use such as contour kit, eyebrow kit, lipstick, liquid lip colour, concealer, foundation, mascara, etc. and I wrap them to coming their stockings. They get what they like and I fill their stockings (they get some other individual bits and pieces in their stockings too, not just the make up).

May be an idea?

I saw a nyx lipstick set the other day in boots. I was tempted very tempted as I quite like their lippies as does dd. Think it was over £60.
I agree with pp though, we have bought plenty of the benefit gift sets and lots of the stuff remains unused.

Thanks for replies. Yes will wait for Boots 3 for 2, and Debenhams sale. I'm in Ireland and some of the online chemists do offers from time to time so will watch out for them. I have tried the individual pieces wrapped up in stocking, but somehow didn't have same effect as the actual gift sets. My girls live experimenting with looks so always keen to try out new stuff!

Qvc do good sets, high end, Tarte sets are my fav and use everything in them. Id say they suit younger girls and good for skin too
