Happy hunting

nickdrakeslovechild Fri 13-Jan-17 20:51:39

The old threads never ended before, just slowly went along until June fgrin anyway just ordered pig goes pop from tesco direct for £6.79.

nickdrakeslovechild Fri 13-Jan-17 20:55:17

aaaggghhh I mean pig out not pig goes pop. Sorry.

SideOrderofSprouts Fri 13-Jan-17 21:10:09

Boots sale should be this Wednesday

Normally they did! But this year it seems
To have just ended. So it's time for me to take up the reins till September and Reastie comes back smile

I ws in Clintons today getting dh his birthday card. They had a big basket of soft toys that were all a fiver or less. Lots of approx 9 inch characters from Kung fu panda and Madagascar in there as well as other things.

And yay to the new threads - I think that this year is the first time the bargain thread has finished so close to Christmas that there wasn't time to set up another one - in previous years there's still been half a thread to fill which means that it's still visible in people's list of threads so it's been natural to carry on taking a peek!

nickdrakeslovechild Fri 13-Jan-17 21:15:19

Sorry it sounded like I was complaining! I'm not, just glad we have the thread back.

Mrsmadevans Fri 13-Jan-17 21:25:29

SomethingOfTheNight Fri 13-Jan-17 22:12:08

There are some great savings on Nuxe products . Some things are 50% off. I love the dry oil, it smells gorgeous.

Mipe Fri 13-Jan-17 23:24:17

Thank you Sprouts, so glad to see a new bargain thread! Somehow the other ones are just not quite as good smile.

Mipe Fri 13-Jan-17 23:28:29

Lisa Angel have a good sale on at the moment smile.

FeelingSmurfy Fri 13-Jan-17 23:30:40

I was thinking earlier of sending you a pm about starting this! shock

Boots 70% should be next Wednesday but not been confirmed, I would suggest going to a shop if you can because online is awful to navigate, hard to get anything as other people are buying, and often get an email later saying some of the things you ordered were out of stock

FeelingSmurfy Fri 13-Jan-17 23:32:23

I'm after a present at the moment, totally stuck

Not really in to playing outside or sports
Not arty crafty
£10 ish

80% off at the entertainer

73kittycat73 Sat 14-Jan-17 00:45:32

Thank you SideOrderofSprouts! fgrin Hopefully I'll find some bargains to post soon.

FeelingSmurfy Sat 14-Jan-17 01:23:44

Love this thread, that's a big weight off my mind already! Spent £30 at the entertainer (including post) and should have been £80. That's a few birthdays sorted, including the one I was stressing about

Thankyou OhHolyFuck for the tip, and thankyou sprouts for making this at the perfect time!

There are a few penny items included in the sale, so you get the reduced cost on the first item and if you buy 2 the second one only costs 1p. I paid £12.51 for 2 items that should have totalled £38 at full price and not on penny offer

featherpillow Sat 14-Jan-17 08:49:29

Thank you Sprouts. NOTHS has 50% off and free p&p.

SideOrderofSprouts Sat 14-Jan-17 12:12:51

SomethingOfTheNight Sat 14-Jan-17 17:49:21

Thanks for the Lisa Angel reminder Mipe, I'd forgotten all about them.

I've ordered largely age appropriate 12 day 'beauty' advent calendars for my tweens except for the false eyelashes and eyeshadow shock. They were reduced to £4.50.

Also noticed they have some silver unicorn necklaces reduced to £8, for all you Robert lovers! smile

Brollsdolls Sat 14-Jan-17 23:48:59

Yay! Thanks for this.

Popped to sainsburys yesterday and spotted Lego friends supermarket down to £20 and the private jet down to £13 - both around £10 off.

Already stashed some boots sets for the Dds - looking forward to getting a few more bits on Wednesday.
