Thank you very much Ocado. You guys are superstars. I screwed up my Christmas order and they sorted it out for me. I know it was a major hassle for them at their most busy time when every minute counts. They had to get my order off the truck and get another depot to deliver because of my mistake. But they did it with great courtesy and grace. Not a single item missing and one substitution ( different brand of potatoes). Followed up with a phone call to make sure it was all ok.
Thanks Ocado, you guys are the best!
