NYD / 30th Birthday party buffet ideas..

Ok,

So I'm taking a risk but I'm Celebrating my NYD birthday on the actual day itself as its my 30th.

I'm confirming the buffet with the chef at the pub later on today and as a lot of my guests are hungover from NYE I was thinking of doing a comfort food / hangover style buffet?

So far I was thinking -

Beef brisket sliders
Mini Bacon or Sausage rolls
Pizza
Fries/sweet potato fries

Can anyone think what nibbles are normally sought after when feeling blue or hung over as the festivities are drawing to a close? xx

Carby stuff for sure, lots if pastry things, so yes to sausage rolls. How about some really nice sandwiches? Beef and Horseradish, chicken and stuffing that kind of thing, filling, economical etc.
I always like a samosa when I'm a bit hungover (or anytime actually)
mini burgers/hotdogs would also be good.

And the ultimate hangover food is of course the bacon sandwich, you could have a big basket of crusty rolls, big platter of bacon, then ketchup on the side. Happiness on a plate!
