jar of red cabbage

I really want cauliflower cheese with Christmas dinner but not sure I cba to make it. Is there such a thing as a nice bought one, or a cheat's recipe?

M&S cauliflower cheese is supposed to be good & it can go in the microwave.

I like cauliflower cheese but I prefer a dryer sauce so I always Cook my own. Par boil cauliflower, melt butter to a pan, add flour, then poor in milk. Add cheese (usually parmesan) pour over cauliflower & add strong cheddar to the top. Bake in the over for 30 or so minutes.

RemusLupinsChristmasMovie Wed 21-Dec-16 18:13:47

Thanks. I know that cooking own is pretty straightforward, but so many other pans already!

Bluntness100 Wed 21-Dec-16 18:16:43

MakeItStopNeville Thu 22-Dec-16 02:26:42

Cauliflower cheese is super easy though. I use sharp cheddar and mozzarella in the sauce and then Parmesan on the top while it bakes.

LauraPalmersBodybag Thu 22-Dec-16 02:57:59

Make the cauliflower cheese the day before, it'll totally keep
