I am also struggling with my 10 yo DD. She has just had her birthday and other family members keep asking me for suggestions. In a way she is very easy as she doesn't ask for or expect much, but it makes it hard when I need to suggest ideas for other people. She loves reading and I have bought her a few books and tickets for theatre. She got quite a lot of clothes for her birthday. HELP!
