Garland to go up mt stairs.

Would like it to look quite real but dont want to spend a fortune.

Would like it to have lights but need to be battery operated. Happy to get a garland and add my own lights.

Have you got any ivy growing near you? It makes excellent garlands, can be rinsed free of bugs (!) and you can wind cheapy lights and baubles etc into it for an extra Christmassy effect.

But I like natural...might not be your thing. I have no idea about fake ones!

Argos? no lights but not too expensive

I saw some pretty ones in John Lewis the other week, but they're a lot more expensive!

Though I like Fuzzy's idea too. Sounds lovely. You can also dry orange slices in the oven and put them on garlands.

We normally have rope lights wound through the banister which looks quite pretty

No, ivy isn't poisonous. "Poison ivy" is a different plant found in the US. But UK ivy can make your skin sore so probably best avoided just in case smile

Traditional leafy garland

They have other ones too if you search for garland
