Sports direct heelie shoes sizing?

Are they true to size , go a size up or down if anyone has them?Am planning on getting them and they involve postage overseas so rather hard to return. Not going down the real heelies route as they are too darn expensive! Thanks

My dd is a size 12 and she tried the sports direct ones on at the weekend in a size 13. They were a bit big but a thick pair of socks will sort it out and at least I know they will last longer!
