If you have an Addictaball - what age from/to?

Saw this suggested on a MN thread. Hard to tell from description how difficult it is and therefore what age it really is suitable for - i.e. Would young teens enjoy it or is it for younger children? Thanks

I got given an addictaball and love it. My boys all enjoy it - aged up to young teens.

I bought for DH for christmas a couple of years ago but it's been one of DS (now 8)'s favourite things pretty much since then.

I bought one for my dh. He hates it, and threw it across the room in frustration. Everyone else (siblings, parents, in laws) loves it though.
