A fucking horse.

Is it some kind of Christmas madness?? Does anyone else get gripped by it?

I am usually pretty tight and determined to not have spoilt children. I don't know where this has come from.

Anyone else?

You've bought your kids a horse?

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:16:45

Well, a pony. A little one. Less than an xBox anyway.

KoalaDownUnder Sun 20-Nov-16 12:18:13

Wut? A real live one??

Garthmarenghi Sun 20-Nov-16 12:20:05

Buying a pony is the cheap part. Keeping it is the expensive bit.

Soubriquet Sun 20-Nov-16 12:20:34

Wow....every kids dream Christmas present

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:21:11

Yes it's real. Picked her up yesterday.

Soubriquet Sun 20-Nov-16 12:21:42

Picture or it didn't happen grin

HerRoyalFattyness Sun 20-Nov-16 12:22:09

I want a pony! Will you adopt me?

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:22:31

I sound mad now - I already have a horse and live on a farm so not as bonkers as it sounds. I feel shit though as I think it's too much. I was just imagining their little faces.

Before having children I really didn't get how people could spoil them but here I am....

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:23:05

Yes Her, no probs grin

Soubriquet Sun 20-Nov-16 12:23:17

Well if anyone says

"That sounds a bit much for your 2 year old" we can say "but WellErr bought their children a pony so nerrrr"

RJnomore1 Sun 20-Nov-16 12:24:22

How on earth are you going to wrap it, smuggle it under the tree and get it to keep quiet til morning?

HerRoyalFattyness Sun 20-Nov-16 12:25:31

Yay! New mummy for me!
RJ grin

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:26:31

I was thinking tinsel round the neck? I could probably get her into the kitchen. Wouldn't want it shitting in the sitting room

Soubriquet Sun 20-Nov-16 12:27:24

What about a big bow tied on to the head collar?

HemanOrSheRa Sun 20-Nov-16 12:27:50

Please, please, please can I come and live at your house WellErr? I'd love a pony! And a puppy and a floofy kitten and one of those wee little pygmy goats.....wink.

I think it's lovely. Your DC's are so lucky!

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:27:53

My main problem at the moment is hiding it. She wouldn't go in the attic so she's currently sideways on under the spare bed.

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:28:36

(That last bit wasn't true, RSPCA)

WalterWhitesNipple Sun 20-Nov-16 12:28:39

Is said pony going to be a house horse?grin

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:29:13

Thank you. Feel bad now as this looks like stealth boast but it's really not, she was cheap as chips.

HemanOrSheRa Sun 20-Nov-16 12:30:10

Aw yes. A house horse. Like on the Amazon ad.

WellErrr Sun 20-Nov-16 12:30:18

Yes Walter.

In fact I'm just off to Pets at Home for the biggest litter tray they have. And a basket grin

IfartInYourGeneralDirection Sun 20-Nov-16 12:30:31

Neigh, they won't be spoiled. They will love it.

Soubriquet Sun 20-Nov-16 12:30:41

You live on a farm....I think you get the exception grin
