I am looking to make a healthy food hamper for a male relative (18 yr old). I am thinking along the line of healthy sweet treats like nakd bars and nakd nibbles and would love to hear any ideas of great tasting snacks. He works in an office so desk snacks really. Any ideas??

My health conscious friend eats lots of popcorn, she likes good quality honey, 9 bars, coconut water, packets of seeds and nuts, dried fruit, seaweed crisps, bounce something's, and a bit of dark chocolate.

Great thank you! I wouldn't have even thought of popcorn 😆.

Any of the Graze snack packs are really nice. As are Bounce balls.

Does he like healthy snacks?

My 18 year old would thank you ( because he is polite) and then stick them in the household food cupboard or leave them to fester in the hamper. He wouldn't see it as a gift in anyway.

Perhaps you could include one of those water bottles with the charcoal filter inside.
