Basically, I purchased a No 7 advent calendar from Boots within minutes of then sending out the email to say it was available. I was meant to be delivered yesterday. Royal Mail have fucked up and it is lost and they have no idea what has happened (came in to the local sorting office and when went back out over 100 miles away)
I have spoken to Boots who do not care at all. They have said it's not their problem and they have sold out online. I asked if they could find a store with stock and have one posted from there, no. They won't do that. They are being completely unhelpful and Royal Mail have said they have no idea if the parcel will arrive or not.
So, this is a very long shot but does anyone have any stores local to them that have stock? And would they be willing to purchase one for me? I have already told the person it is for that I managed to get one and I cannot justify the prices on eBay (£60-100)
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!!
